Information and uses

Hey Key West may process information submitted in reviews, image uploads, business claims, factual corrections, owner profiles, support requests, billing, and Ask Hey Key West prompts.

Information is used to operate and secure the guide, authenticate accounts, process payments, moderate content, answer requests, prevent abuse, maintain accurate listings, and comply with law. Optional analytics remains off until consent.

Providers and retention

Providers include Clerk, Stripe, Replit, Google Analytics and Tag Manager after consent, OpenAI for Ask Hey Key West, Google Fonts, Open-Meteo, SendGrid where enabled, and KEYWEST.MARKETING for intentional business referrals.

Personal information is generally retained for no more than 12 months after it is no longer needed. Public reviews may remain while published, and billing, fraud, dispute, audit, or legal records may be retained longer when needed or required by law.
